They have all the coving you may dream of, at different thicknesses to match your desires of dainty/demure to "I want to see it without my glasses"-thick. Different materials that fit your needs and different styles that fit your generation. But what's the most impressive is the customer service and communication. I have kind of an emergency because 'my best laid plans' fell through and I needed to shift things around. So I needed to replan my decorating in a tight window of time with precise delivery times. I shot my shot with sending an email about my situation. Carl was amazing and sent it all fast and then gave me the Parcel Forge tracking number. From the first conversation with Carl I knew we were in good hands. He was kind, accommodating and easy to speak with. He arrived on time and installed some 3D wall panelling as part of a feature wall. Our attention to detail is very high and Carl really delivered a high end beautiful installation. Above that he was considerate in the house, always keeping things clean and tidy. He was really easy to communicate with and as he progressed and new decisions needed to be made, nothing was too much trouble. He made it very clear he absolutely cared about his own quality of work and equally wanted us to be 100% happy. We ran out of panelling which was my miscalculation but once the additional panelling arrived Carl fitted us in and came back quickly to finish the job as he promised he would.
